Reservation and Cancellation Policies

1.- All reservations are prepaid in advance.

2.- In case of cancellation there is a penalty of a percentage of the total amount paid of the reservation which is as follows:

a) 360 days to 30 days before 20 %.

b) 29 days to 7 days before 50%.

c) 6 to 3 days before 75%.

d) 2 days or the same day there is no refund.

e) If the client does not show up for the service, there is no refund.

3.- In case the client wants to reschedule a reservation for a future date, he/she can do it without penalty within a maximum period of 6 months.

4.- All cancellations must be made in writing through the e-mail address provided on the website.

5.- In case of limousine reservations, please consider additionally these points:

a) For Chrysler limo reservations consider 5 medium size suitcases in case of exceeding the luggage you will have to hire an additional vehicle with extra charge and in the suburban limo the capacity is 8 medium size suitcases.

b) we are not responsible for lost objects.

c) the driver is authorized to refuse service for inappropriate behavior of persons, drug use, damage to the vehicle, smoking or intimate relations inside the vehicle.

e) additional stops are charged extra

6.- In case of cancellation on our part due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, the refund will be 100%.

7.- Any refund for cancellation will be to the card with which the service was paid during the 30 calendar days following the date of the cancellation.

8.- By making the payment, the customer understands that he/she has read and accepted the reservation and cancellation rules of this website

9.- In case of any problem of the client when leaving the terminal, he/she has the obligation to contact us by phone at this number in order to resolve the problem with the driver immediately.

10.- Any changes to a reservation must be made by email  to  check availability with us.
